Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Norway: 2–5 business days
• Scandinavia: 3–7 business days
  

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
